Another focus of my coaching work is the prevention or treatment of burnout or other secondary conditions resulting from prolonged stress. It is important to me to build up or renew your strength and resilience, to foster your confidence in your own abilities in learning and performance processes, and to provide you with “tools” so that you can recognise and assert your personal boundaries at an early stage.
