Group therapy

What are group therapies?

Our group therapies are a therapeutic service for people with mental health conditions, delivered in a group under professional guidance. Unlike individual therapy, the exchange with others who are affected is central here. The group creates new perspectives, mutual support, and the feeling of not being alone. Depending on the goal and the group, various evidence-based methods are used in group therapy, e.g.: techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT, focusing on thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns), mindfulness-based approaches (e.g. MBSR, training presence and resilience to stress) and body-oriented methods (integrating body awareness and movement).
