“Everything follows my command” – Discover your assertiveness, courageously and clearly

Overview

Do you know this?

  • You say “Yes” even though you mean “No” – and afterwards feel empty, not satisfied with yourself and the situation.
  • You hesitate to express your opinion, out of fear of conflict or rejection.
  • You take on responsibility for others while your own needs are neglected.
This special workshop is for women who want to feel their boundaries and represent them courageously and boldly – inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and with horses as a unique mirror.

Horses show us what we often cannot see ourselves

They react immediately to uncertainty, hesitation, or inner tension – and reward clarity, presence, and self-confidence with trust. In this workshop, we use this natural feedback to experience self-assertion in a completely new way.

We, Britta Keser, riding instructor and osteopathic equine therapist, and I, Britta Oberste-Dommes, psychological psychotherapist, support you in courageously and clearly standing up for and pursuing what matters most to you and fulfills your life.

Spend a day at Keserosa in Wuppertal and discover your assertiveness together with other women.
