  1. Mental health – what is it, how does it work, and what do I get out of it?
    Introduction to the concept of “mental health”. We will take stock of your personal situation. What do I want? What am I missing? Where would I like to learn more?
  2. Relax and let go – relaxation training
    Introduction to and trying out various relaxation techniques and methods
  3. Mental training
    Do you know the experience that certain thoughts and images can also trigger physical reactions? For example, if you imagine biting into a lemon? This session is about helpful ways of thinking and attitudes that can help us reduce stress.
  4. Problem-solving training
    Stress, strain, and overwhelm arise when we see no solution to a problem or when implementation does not seem possible. This session is about strategies for actively mastering problem situations.
  1. Enjoyment training
    Recovering and enjoying—and what does “taking a break” actually mean?
  2. Coping with stress through sport and more movement in everyday life
    Suggestions and tips on various ways to relieve stress through movement at home and at work in everyday life
  3. Me and my social network
    An important support is being able to rely on yourself and on others. This session is about nurturing and strengthening trust.
  4. The “bigger picture”
    What gives me meaning? What is important to me? Especially in difficult and stormy times, we need anchors that hold us and provide perspective. In this session, I would like to look at your “bigger picture” together with you.
