In the following I will inform you about the processing of personal data in the context of the use of my website.
Responsible person

Legal basis of the data processing
In order to be able to offer you my website and related services, I process personal data on the basis of the following legal principles:

- to fulfil a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the DS-GVO)

If personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
If I process data on the basis of a balancing of interests, data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 DS-GVO.
Access data
When you visit my website, personal data is processed in order to display the contents of the website on your terminal device.
In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the terminal device you use must be processed. In addition, further information about the browser of your terminal device is also processed.
I am obliged by data protection law to also guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with my IT systems.
For this purpose and out of this interest, the following data will be logged on the basis of a weighing of interests:
- IP address of the calling computer
- Operating system of the calling computer
- Browser version of the calling computer
- Name of the retrieved file
- Date and time of retrieval
- data volume transferred
- Referring URL
The IP address will be deleted after 14 days at the latest from all systems used in connection with the operation of these Internet pages. I can no longer create a personal reference from the remaining data. The data is also used to determine and correct errors on the Internet pages.
Contact form
I offer a contact form on my website where you can request information about my range of services or contact me in general (e.g. to make an appointment). I have marked the mandatory data required by you to answer an inquiry as mandatory fields. Entries in other data fields or a file upload are voluntary. I need this information to process your inquiry, to contact you correctly and to send you an answer. The data processing is carried out in the case of concrete inquiries for the fulfilment of a treatment contract or the initiation of a treatment contract. In the case of general enquiries, processing is based on a weighing of interests. Inquiries received via the contact form on my website are processed electronically in order to answer your enquiry. In this context, further persons and possibly third parties may also become aware of the contents of the form which you have sent. The transmission of the form data via the Internet is done via encrypted connections.
Cookies
Cookies are used on my website. Cookies are small pieces of text information that are stored in your terminal device via your browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of my website.
I use both session cookies, which are automatically deleted by your browser immediately after the end of your visit to my website. In the field of web analysis, I also use so-called persistent cookies, which are not automatically deleted after the end of your visit to my website. You have the possibility to prevent the setting of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, I would like to point out that the use of my website may then only be possible to a limited extent. No programs or other applications are installed or started on your computer by cookies. Web analysis
The web analysis tool “Google Analytics” is used on this website. The purpose of the use is the “needs-based design” of this website, which is carried out on the basis of a weighing of interests. The web analysis also enables me to detect and correct website errors, e.g. due to incorrect links. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. Google Web Fonts
I use so-called “Google Webfonts” on my website. These fonts are loaded from Google servers, which serve to improve the design of the website. The data processing is based on a balancing of interests, whereby my interest lies in an attractive design of the website. The fonts in question are loaded from Google’s servers, which are usually located in the USA. The appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google (“Privacy Shield”).
Google Maps
On this website I use the offer of Google Maps to visually present geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google collects, processes and uses data on the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. In addition, the above-mentioned access data is transmitted to Google. Purposes of the processing of personal data
I process the aforementioned data for the operation of our website and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards my patients or for the protection of my legitimate interests. In case of inquiries from you outside an active patient relationship, I process the data for the purposes of sales and advertising. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.
Voluntary data
If you provide data to me voluntarily, e.g. in forms, and these are not necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, I process these data in the justified assumption that the processing and use of these data is in your interest.
Recipient
Data that you provide to me will not be passed on to third parties. In particular your data will not be passed on to third parties for their advertising purposes. However, I use service providers for the operation of this website or for further products or services of mine. Here it can happen that a service provider gets knowledge of personal data. Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects have the right to obtain information on personal data concerning them. You can contact us for information at any time. Deletion of data
As a matter of principle, I delete personal data when there is no need for further storage. A requirement may exist in particular if the data is still needed to fulfil contractual services, to check and grant or to ward off claims for benefits. In the case of legal storage obligations, deletion only comes into consideration after expiry of the respective storage obligation.
Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of personal data by me.
