Do you want to actively take on private or professional problems and challenges and use them as an opportunity for personal development? My goal is to find out where you currently stand, where you want to be in the future and what the path to that goal might look like. I will gladly accompany you step by step.

Another focus of my coaching activities is the prevention or treatment of burnout or other secondary diseases of long-term stress. It is important to me to build up or renew your strength and endurance, to promote your confidence in your own abilities of learning and performance processes, and to provide you with “tools” so that you can recognise and assert your personal limits at an early stage.
