What are our Anchor Courses?

Sometimes in life, you need something that provides stability—an anchor point to hold onto when everyday life becomes demanding or your soul feels heavy. That’s exactly what our Anchor Courses are for.

They are preventive offerings that strengthen your physical and mental well-being—whether for prevention or as support during phases of emotional stress and strain. In each course, we drop anchor together: You receive practical tools and strategies that support you in everyday life and help you feel solid ground beneath your feet again.


Our Anchor Courses can also serve as a bridge: If it becomes apparent during the course that a mental illness is present, we will discuss together whether subsequent psychotherapy is the next appropriate step.
