The prevention course “Overcoming Anxiety” is aimed at people who suffer from anxiety, insecurities, or excessive worry and would like to learn how to better deal with distressing thoughts and feelings. The goal of the course is to strengthen mental health, promote self-confidence, and provide strategies for coping with anxiety in everyday life.

The course is intended for prevention and health promotion and is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.

This service is provided as part of basic psychotherapeutic care and is fully covered by statutory health insurance. The prerequisite is attending a psychotherapeutic consultation to discuss indications and expectations.
