The prevention course “With Humanity: Ways Out of Loneliness” is aimed at adults who feel chronically lonely—regardless of whether they are in a relationship, have a large circle of friends, or seem to be well-integrated socially. Loneliness is not a state that arises only through external circumstances such as being alone, but is often reinforced by inner blocks, self-doubt, or social anxieties. Therefore, we address both people who desire more contact and connection, and people who feel emotionally isolated despite external contacts or who withdraw socially out of fear of rejection or the feeling of being “not good enough.”
The course serves the purpose of prevention and health promotion and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Should a need for treatment arise, we will be happy to advise you on this following the course.
